When you send an enquiry, GetOET stores your name, email address, profession, enquiry type, message, consent record and the page used so the team can respond and manage your request.
Enquiry information is kept only for service administration and follow-up, is not sold, and should be deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose. You can request access, correction or deletion through the Contact page.
Candidates must not submit confidential patient information, identifiable medical records or sensitive clinical details. Marketing consent is not bundled into the enquiry form.
